This policy explains how Call Astro ("CA Vastu Software", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit our website, create an account, purchase a plan, or use the CA Vastu Software Vastu software (together, the "Services").

- Purchase details — the plan you buy, order and transaction IDs, billing name and, if you provide it, your GSTIN.
- Messages — what you send us through the contact form, email, WhatsApp or phone.

- Licence data — information needed to activate and validate your licence on your devices.

Your projects
Floor plans, client names, birth details and reports you create in the Software are your content. We process them only to provide the Services to you.
How we use your information
- to create and manage your account and licence;
- to process payments, issue invoices and meet tax obligations;
- to provide support and reply to your messages;
- to send important service messages such as purchase confirmations, plan expiry reminders and security notices;
- to understand how the website and Software are used so we can improve them;
- to send product news or offers, only where you have agreed — you can opt out at any time;
- to prevent fraud, misuse and to comply with law.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and keep the website secure. We also use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, to understand how visitors use our website (for example which pages are visited and where people get stuck). These tools may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the website may not work properly without essential cookies.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Payment partners (PhonePe) to process your payments;
- Service providers who help us run the Services — such as hosting, email, analytics and customer support tools — under confidentiality obligations;
- Authorities where required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. We keep purchase and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

- ask us to correct or update inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to keep it;
- withdraw consent for optional uses such as marketing messages;
