Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Call Astro ("CA Vastu Software", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or installing or using the CA Vastu Software Vastu software and related services (the "Software"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Software.
If you use the Software on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.
The Software
CA Vastu Software provides desktop Vastu software for Windows and Mac, including floor-plan drawing, zone analysis, Google Earth site views, Astro-Vastu, Medical Vastu, Numero Vastu, the 45 Devta and mantras library, and Word report generation. Features available to you depend on the plan you purchase. We may improve, change or retire features over time.
Your licence
When you purchase a plan, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software for your professional or personal Vastu work for the duration of your plan, on the number of devices your plan allows.
You may not:
- share, resell, rent or sub-license your licence or account;
- copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Software, except where the law expressly allows it;
- remove or bypass licence checks, copy protection or other security measures;
- use the Software to build a competing product.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login details confidential. Please tell us straight away if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Plans, prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the pricing page. 18% GST is added at checkout and the total is shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner, PhonePe. We do not store your card or UPI details.
- Your plan starts when your payment is confirmed and runs for the period shown with the plan (for example the trial period for the trial plan, or 1 year for yearly plans).
- When your plan ends, access ends unless you purchase a renewal. We may change prices for future purchases; this does not affect a plan you have already paid for.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Trial plan
The trial plan gives you access to the Software for a limited period so you can evaluate it on real projects. Trial plans are intended for one-time use per person or business.
Acceptable use
Please use the Software lawfully and respectfully. You must not use it to infringe anyone's rights, to upload malicious code, to interfere with our systems, or to process personal data without the right to do so.
Intellectual property
The Software, its design, text, graphics, databases, report templates and trademarks belong to Call Astro or its licensors and are protected by law. Apart from the licence described above, no rights are transferred to you.
Your projects and reports
Floor plans, client details and reports you create remain yours. You are responsible for having permission to use any client information you enter. You may share reports you generate with your clients under your own name and branding.
Important disclaimer
You remain responsible for the advice you give to your clients. The Software is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that results will meet every particular expectation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Call Astro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in the twelve months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Software at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, misuse your licence, or if we are required to by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continuing to use the Software after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
